Things I build and run
Everything here is real, running, and public where it can be. The code lives on GitHub, the business lives at Digitaholic, and the lessons from all of it end up in how I work.
Nerva — a personal AI operating system
18 specialized agents on my own GPU, under governed autonomy: an approval queue for anything irreversible, a hash-chained audit log, an interruption budget of four pushes a day. ~139,000 lines of Python, 6,849 automated tests, built in 86 days. Open source under MIT.
WorldView — a 4D OSINT globe
Nerva's opt-in companion for geospatial intelligence — open-source signals visualized in four dimensions, built on Next.js and Deck.gl.
Digitaholic — the agency
Digital marketing consultancy for eCommerce, founded 2020 — CRM and automation with brakes, AI advice without hype, and free 48-hour audits that arrive as written documents.
The Garage
BMW ownership treated as a systems discipline — OEM parts, service manuals, maintenance windows. The story gets its own page soon.
Prehistory: 20+ websites built and run single-handed between 2010 and 2014 — most gone now, as the early web intended — and one WebAward-winning brand site from 2009.
